Mike Turner

Michael Turner is the Managing Member of Appraisal Technology, LLC, a full-service real estate valuation and consulting firm. He oversees the company’s administrative operations, business development efforts, and client relationships, helping to ensure the firm’s continued success and growth.

As a founding member of Appraisal Technology, LLC, established in 1990, Michael has played a key role in the company’s development for more than three decades. In 1994, he earned the prestigious MAI designation, widely recognized as the gold standard in the valuation of commercial and income-producing properties.

A longtime supporter of the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park since 1991, Michael was honored to join the Scottsdale Railroad Society Board in 2026. He brings strong leadership and organizational skills to his role as Chair of the Special Events Committee.

Michael has also demonstrated a deep commitment to community service through more than 25 years of involvement with the Scottsdale Charros. During his tenure, he served as Scholarship Chairman, Baseball Chairman, Patron (President), and President of the Charro Foundation. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors for Arizona Country Club, where he chaired the Finance Committee.
