Todd Davis

Todd Davis, known throughout Arizona as “The Fun Coach,” is a nationally recognized facilitator, speaker, author, recreation professional, and entrepreneur who has spent more than four decades helping people connect through teamwork, recreation, and community engagement. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Recreation Services, Todd began his career with the City of Scottsdale and has been a leader in the recreation and leisure industry since 1975. He is the founder of Fun Coach USA, Team Play USA, VolunTEAMism, Urban Fun AZ, and Park & Recreate.

Todd’s connection to Scottsdale runs deep. Raised in Scottsdale and active in the community throughout his life, he served six years as an appointed member of the City of Scottsdale Parks and Recreation Commission, helping guide the development, stewardship, and future vision of Scottsdale’s parks, trails, recreation programs, and community facilities. He also served as Commission Chair and has been involved with numerous Scottsdale organizations, events, and volunteer initiatives. Todd held the opening banner of the park in October of 1975 and again the 50th anniversary banner in October of 2025.
