Tyler Marsh

Tyler Marsh is an Arizona family law attorney with a diverse professional background spanning law, finance, and leadership. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Tyler has called Arizona home since 2007.

A graduate of Lafayette Senior High School in Wildwood, Missouri, Tyler went on to study Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering at Purdue University, where he was also a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, whose notable alumni include Neil Armstrong. He later earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Missouri in 2006. During his early years, Tyler also competed in semi-professional baseball through 2003 with various farm organizations, further developing the discipline and competitive mindset that continue to shape his professional approach today.

Before entering the legal profession, Tyler built an extensive career in the mortgage and financial industry, serving as a Director of Mortgages and Credit with Quicken Loans for nearly nine years. While working full-time, he attended law school in the evenings and earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2015. His dedication to balancing career, education, and family reflects the work ethic and perseverance he brings to every client matter.

Tyler began his legal career as a Rule 38(d) certified Prosecutor for the City of Phoenix in 2015 before passing the Arizona Bar Examination on his first attempt. He has experience in estate planning and bankruptcy matters, with the primary focus of his practice dedicated to family law since 2017. Tyler is known for his practical, client-focused approach and his commitment to guiding individuals and families through complex and emotionally challenging legal matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Tyler is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Scottsdale Bar Association. He and his wife, Lindsi, whom he married on November 11, 2011, are proud parents of two sons, both gifted athletes.
